Diligent, hard working and on the ball are a few words I would use to describe Nancy Dansereau. We had a few hurdles, to say the least, when selling our home and even with that Nancy stayed positive and focused on our goal “to sell our home”. She came in well prepared with a presentation for my husband and I and impressed both of us with her knowledge of the business; don’t attempt to stump her with any questions, we found it to be impossible. She is very through and explains things in an extremely detailed manner. She gave us many tips on what would make our home more saleable, and they really seemed to be on the money. With the market as it was, it unfortunately took a little longer than we anticipated to sell, however we had more showings than I could count and several offers during the process.
